In this role, Mr. Stastny will develop and execute sales strategies to grow all lines of business within the company.

Mr. Stastny brings nearly 30 years of experience in new client development, best practices, executive leadership, sales training and sales management. Prior to LCS Financial, Mr. Stastny was Vice President of Business Development at Genpact, a business process outsourcing company, where he developed new business and exceeded revenue quotas. He has also held several senior sales and sales management positions at organizations such as Xerox Corporation, NCO Group (NCO) and Risk Management Alternatives (RMA).
